Coordination Control
Griffin Coordinator
Griffin Coordinator unifies national and regional coordination in one platform. It automates complex processes, connects all participants through CIM/CGMES data, and supports coordination processes such as CGM, CSA, CCC, OPC, and STA. Built for the future, it’s ready to adapt to new coordination frameworks under the Fourth Energy Package.
Key Capabilities
Process Orchestration and Automation
Automates execution of coordination processes such as CGM, CSA, CCC, OPC, and STA.
Workflow Monitoring and Control
Tracks process status in real time, showing dependencies and exceptions requiring operator action.
Validation and Consistency Management
Verifies that all datasets and results are complete, accurate, and aligned with business rules.
Reporting and Transparency
Generates dashboards, logs, and audit trails to ensure full process traceability and accountability.
Multi-Party Coordination Support
Enables synchronized execution of coordination steps across entities involved in coordination processes.
How It Works
Griffin Coordinator defines a structured and repeatable sequence for each coordination process. It is possible to define dependencies between processes, assign responsibilities, and define how results are collected and distributed.
Once configured, processes can be launched manually or set to run automatically according to predefined schedules and triggers. Griffin Coordinator supports time-based execution, event-driven workflows, and conditional sequencing — allowing full automation of complex coordination cycles.
As the process progresses, the system validates each input, triggers analytical or external workflows, and gathers resulting datasets for review and publication. Operators can monitor every stage in real time through the web interface, ensuring that deadlines and dependencies are met.
Completed results are stored in the Griffin platform, where they can be reviewed, audited, and shared with relevant stakeholders. This transparency allows system operators and coordination centers to verify outcomes and build trust in every coordination cycle.
